The source code for the protocol itself is part of the FreeBSD CVS repository; http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/netiso/ IIRC. You would have to make it work (there have been a number of network subsystem transitions it has missed) before you could use it, though. >From your quote, it seems that the kernel PPP should support it if you make it work; no guarantee, though. NetBSD (www.netbsd.org) may have a more functional stack; no guarantee for that, either. Their CVS repository is not available, only the sources themselves (you can get them from ftp.netbsd.org).
