No, this looks much more like wrongly patched file (you have the file 2
times inside).

Maybe you can try the latest patch with boot support:
http://people.freebsd.org/~mm/patches/zfs/features/head-zfs-features.patch

Try to apply it with "svn patch /path/to/head-zfs-features.patch" if you
are using a svn checkout.
This will properly add new directories and files.
