Thanks for the offer. You created this with Adobe Acrobat? We
don't currently use any commercial software to build the Handbook. It
is authored in SGML and then converted to various formats (including
PDF) automatically by our build tools. We would be very interested in
fixing our toolchain so that it supports PDF bookmarks. I believe
that there have been discussions about this on some of the jade
mailing lists. If you are interested in helping out, we would really
appreciate it, but the learning curve is steep. Adding bookmarks to
the Handbook in a non-automated fashion isn't very interesting,
because it will be out of date with the newest changes almost
immediately.
