I do not think we can get out with just increase of the space for BAR mapping

4G in general.  Modern GPUs tend to increase aperture size, and for something
with
10G of VRAM together with coherent CPU/GPU memory, we simply cannot put the
apperture below 4G.

In comment #3 there is pciconf output from the guest, bars seems to be below
4G.
