Reopening for an errata notice. 

Use of pkg for a patch-level upgrade from 14.3-RELEASE-p2 to p3 
can be followed by 
freebsd-update upgrade -r 15.0-ALPHA3. 

This use of legacy freebsd-update should be prevented. 

I assume that the EN should apply to: 

14.2-RELEASE-p6
14.3-RELEASE-p3
