MRC rev. 186912, 187020, 187052:
Add external connector jack color into widget names.
It should help users to identify them while reading verbose messages.
Add one more bunch of controller and codec IDs.
Fix unwanted crosschannel mixing, possible on some codecs like
VIA VT1708B and Realtek ALC268.
