I don't know what GallantWEB is.  I can't tell what can or can't be
done with it.  But...

All this can be done with FreeBSD.  Once you have the two network
interfaces up, you can configure it as a gateway with just one command
(as crazy as that might sound).  You have a choise of two different
types of firewall to chose from, coming with the source of the
system's kernel.  You can install your choise from a variety of web
servers (Apache, thttpd, etc).  You have a very flexible, powerful and
customizable mail server installed in the base system; Sendmail.  You
can easily replace it with some other mail server, with the most
popular choises being Qmail, Postfix, and Exim.

So, I guess, the answer is: "Yes, all this can be done".

PS: Can you try to wrap your messages to a more reasonable line-length,
say something between 70-75 characters?
