The cards were described as functionally equivalent.  They are.

Dennis, I have been quite polite about you personally and given 
what I regard as a fair evaluation of your products.  I have done 
this despite your appalling lack of common sense in dealing with
customers.  If you wish we can talk about this in public.  I can't 
imagine why you would choose to do so.
