The nvidia kld doesn't seem to 'see' the AGP either, ie..

hw.nvidia.agp.status.fw: n/a (disabled)
hw.nvidia.agp.status.sba: n/a (disabled)
hw.nvidia.version: NVIDIA UNIX x86 Kernel Module 169.12 Thu Feb 14 15:42:45 PST 2008
Although maybe that relates to the NVIDIA AGP code, rather that code that
uses it.
