  FreeBSD ports repository

  Modified files:
    textproc/htmltolatex Makefile pkg-descr 
  Log:
  Fix properly -- it never built after the earlier PORTREVISION dump.
  
  Also:
          * Switch to GraphicsMagick for future stability;
          * enable parallelized building.
          * remove explict linking with -lstdc++.
          * fix the bundled-in tests and make them run post-build
          * Remove the defunct WWW from pkg-descr
