The integrated MPEG 1/2 encoder will not be supported. If you can find one the a (much cheaper) Pinnacle/Miro PCTV card will do you nicely. Unless of course you fancy tackling the problem that there is no FreeBSD A/V codec abstraction and a corresponding lack of drivers for codecs.
