Hi!

It seems to me like a bug but maybe it's because of misunderstanding
or improper switches or etc but it become with 2.2.2 only.

Sometimes network interfaces become unreacheable with message (ping f.ex.)
"sendto: buffer overflow". It can be ethernet as well as serial PPP interface.
Can be cured with 'ifconfig XX down' and 'up' then or with reboot, as you
prefer ;-(
