I had some 'stupid' errors, I reset the Flash and set it back up with 3.5. Mine has been stable for nearly 4 months now. It had been up for nearly a month and it went down last week because I changed which power-strip it was on... I really really thing Livingston should have said something about flashing just to be 'safe' on the 3.3 -> 3.5 upgrade. JS Gary D.
