>Description:
I'm trying to telnet to mail.redline.ru (that is machine running
	linux 1.2.8) with the command:
	telnet -l agl -8 -a 194.87.69.17

and I'm getting login: prompt instead of the password:
however I'm getting Password: prompt when telnetting from
OSF/1 t3.0b-3 box, so I think telnetd daemon is working properly
in linux. _And_ I'm getting password when logging with 'telnet -a'
from linux to osf/1 and get login prompt when logging from
	fbsd to osf/1, see?

>How-To-Repeat:

	telnet -l agl 194.87.69.17

>Fix:

	have no idea
