It was mentioned in one of the posts to the stable/questions list on how to
set up 16
character usernames for 2.2-STABLE.  And when reviewing stdio.h, it says
that L_cuserid is supposed to be UT_NAMESIZE + 1, and to look at utmp.h for
UT_NAMESIZE.
