On FreeBSD-AMD64.... I've just confirmed that a kernel compiled with ULE will cause performance locks during the super-smack mysql benchmarks. ("locks" being - resulting in highly erratic q/ps results for the same test... from 50qps to 3000qps and anywhere in between)
