I *think* I've gotten this to work -- at least I've got it to compile
and package. :)
Note: this port/package installs a symlink
/usr/libexec/f771 -> ${PREFIX}/libexec/f771
so that it seamlessly integrates into the system gcc framework. If
people think it's bad, please speak up.
