Folks, Can someone with more www-fu than myself check out the DLO charter before I commit? www.blackhelicopters.org/~mwlucas/index.sgml I've never committed an original document before, and especially not to the www tree... I'm always cleaning up after other people. My plan is to put it in www/donations. There's a standard Makefile to go with it, of course.
