Is it similar in concept to Sun's SunSolve CDROM or IBM's PUT (Program Update Tape)? How does one get a "service pack update?" Microsoft released a bunch of critical bugfixes for W95 and called it "Service Pack Update 1". It's a bad joke for what we're planning to call 2.1.6a (sigh).
