Oops. My name as a menu of this day :-)

Yes - my first name is Rudolf and my second name is Cejka (for ISO-8859-2
compliant users it is Čejka or for English users it is Lapwing ;-).

Andrey:

Andrey is right too - our mail is configured in this manner
(Surname Firstname) and I'm settled with this. We really sometimes
use "Surname Firstname" form and sometimes "Firstname Surname" form.
I think we should stay as it is - I think it is a good way to directly
copy name from mail header as done by Andrey.

Mark:

For me and I think for many others: Please no.

Conclusion: It is not a problem for me - I agree with "Cejka Rudolf" form.
I have another problems, such as I don't agree with implementation of "%B"
as a month name in declensioned form expecting there will be as a prefix
day and "%OB" as a month name in really basic form. Andrey thinks it is
according to standards and I (and other my colleagues) think it is against
standards. But cvs-all is not a good place for discussions about this...
