Help.... I'm trying to configure WEP encryption on my new US Robotics 2410
wavelan card [1], but when I try to enable encryption keys, it fails.
The card supports both 64bit WEP and 128bit WEP (silly me, I thought weak-wep
was 40bit and not-so-weak-wep was 128bit..), and neither appear to work.
It works fine with WEP disabled, though.
(oh, I'm running 4.3-RELEASE, if that matters..)

# wicontrol -i wi0 -T 1
wicontrol: SIOCSWAVELAN: Input/output error
the same thing happens when i use a 5 byte, 40bit key.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
[1] adding the following to /etc/default/pccard.conf gets it up and
running:
# U.S. Robotics 2410 WaveLAN
card "U.S. Robotics" "IEEE 802.11b PC-CARD"
config auto "wi" ?
insert /etc/pccard_ether $device start
remove /etc/pccard_ether $device stop

/kernel: wi0: Ethernet address: 00:4a:cd:c0:00:53
wi0: U.S. Robotics (IEEE 802.11b PC-CARD) inserted.
