OK. I've been reviewing my notes. We have a SMP box at work and haven't been able to get ISA interrupts to work with OLDCARD on that box. :-( I still don't know why (it was very hard to take the box down to debug it and the pccard reader didn't matter enough), and you likely are hitting a similar problem.
