hello...

i am using freebox 5.4 as a bridge using dummynet.

My NIC can support traffic upto 10Mbit/s (10,000 Kbit/s); and it does
support such traffic when no delay and plr ( packet loss ratio) are
enabled.

When I add delay of 250ms and plr of 0.05 (5%), the packet transfer falls
to 80Kbit/s.

Is this expected behaviour or is there a bug??

Thanks
suva
