Tested with 4.1-STALE as of today on a Dell Latitude CPt V466GT
laptop, which has a Maestro 2E soundchip. Plays nicely out of its internal
speakers. Great!

FYI, my dmesg on pcm0:
pcm0: <ESS Technology Maestro-2E> port 0xd800-0xd8ff irq 5 at device 8.0
on pci0

When is this going to get comitted?

Cheers.
