Hi, I'm the author of that package. I just did a jar xf on the file, and it's fine. I also downloaded it with Firefox on a windows box and opened it with WinZip, and that was also fine. My guess is that your download of it either (a) didn't come from my server or (b) was corrupt or incomplete.
