you didn't quote the lines before which are critical to 
interpretting this:

this is CONDITIONAL

and it is conditional on you saying
"Humph 
I'm not going to help with that problem, 
I'm switching to some other OS."

As as he and I and you agree that you are NOT saying this:
it doesn't apply!

so please.. 

realise that we all need to focus on calming down and tackling this
in a CALM manner.!
