Although it should be possible to have Lilo boot FreeBSD, most people running FreeBSD prefer either BootEasy ot OS-BS. Both are available at your local FreeBSD mirror in the tools directory. Since I use both of them, I cannot tell you have to tweak Lilo (short for Linux Loader ;) ) into behaving with FBSD.
