It's the first time I'm hearing about a DTrace patch and the first time I know about Howard Su working on it. I'm talking about resources like asking for reviews of his patches (and nobody ever did, myself included). Answering questions, providing advice, basic stuff that we're hard pressed to do, quite frankly. I could spend my entire waking existance doing just that kind of stuff, and still not keep up, and also never get a line of code written. If you didn't know, maybe you weren't reading arm@ back then... http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-arm/2013-November/006957.html http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-arm/2013-December/007024.html He also used to hang out in #bsdmips and try to get arm-specific help with his dtrace work, but the few of us who probably could have helped were all too busy with our own ENOTIME situations to offer much. (To others reading along... oddly enough #bsdmips on efnet is the right place to get arm-freebsd developer info, although ENOTIME is still a big problem.) -- Ian
