I've got a 5.4 system with a FW800 card in it - It has three WD FW400 drives attached which work fine. When I try to plug in FW800 drives I get this: May 21 14:27:25 jeeves kernel: fwohci0: BUS reset May 21 14:27:25 jeeves kernel: fwohci0: node_id=0xc800ffc5, gen=2, CYCLEMASTER mode May 21 14:27:25 jeeves kernel: firewire0: 6 nodes, maxhop <= 5, cable IRM = 5 (me) May 21 14:27:25 jeeves kernel: firewire0: bus manager 5 (me) May 21 14:27:25 jeeves kernel: firewire0: New S800 device ID:00027a0e290003e2 May 21 14:27:25 jeeves kernel: firewire0: New S800 device ID:00027a0e520003ca May 21 14:27:26 jeeves kernel: sbp0:3:0 No ocb(774d154) on the queue May 21 14:27:26 jeeves kernel: sbp0:4:0 No ocb(17650154) on the queue Any suggestions on how to debug this?
