Hello,
One of my servers has a weird problem - top reports 0% CPU
usage at all times.
The version is 4.5-RELEASE-p2. It's a 2 CPU SMP system, with a
TYAN Thunder MB.
Does anyone know what this is? It's kind of a minor hassle but
it's starting to bug me and I haven't been able to find any reports
of this problem.
