I have the same problem with:
pcm0: <OPL3-SAx (YMF719)> at port 0x530-0x537,0x370-0x371,0xf8c-0xf94,0xe0e
irq 5 drq 1 flags 0xc100 on isa0
(sound after resume stop working at 1 August 2001 after big changes
in sound code - before this date all works fine ..)
with SB Pro emulation:
sbc0: <SoundBlaster Pro> at port 0x220-0x22f irq 5 drq 1 on isa0
pcm0: <SB DSP 3.01> on sbc0
works fine
best regards
