The Xmfract package on freefall.cdrom.com is linked dynamically
with Motif libs, and is therefore not usable by anyone who does
not have Motif installed on their system.

Try to run Xmfract from the above named package on a machine that
does not have Motif installed. Watch it fail, complaining that it
cannot find libXm.so.?.?.
