See <http://www.freebsd.org/y2kbug.html> and <http://www.freebsd.org/~danny/> Well, I've had exactly 1 volunteer to assist in my review, and that one person is self-confessed non-C person. C'mon, perhaps a few more people could chip in and review just one occurrence of gettimeofday() as listed in my web pages. It took me about 4 hours to review 80 files, an average of 3 minutes each. There are about 150 more to do, so if 150 people spent 3 minutes in choosing a file to review and e-mailing me with what they found, it would all be done with almost no effort for anyone but me, the collator. Most of the responses will be "random number seeding" or "timeout set in seconds" or "lapsed time measured in minutes", and it does not take much effort to figure out which one.
