	Gotta agree.  So far I've had good luck with cvsup's as have
	most of up.  The update is feeding across now; I've got the 
	patch but will prob'ly just add in chmod as you suggest.

	After that, it ought to be almost push-button.

	PS:  If this upgrade fixes my mouse problems, I'll let folks
	     know.  ...
