No, Emerging Technologies (dennis@etinc.com ?) makes sync serial cards for
E1/T1 speeds.  Most people who have the need for a DS3 circuit don't seem to
mind popping for a Cisco router and the other trimmings...  I don't think
anybody has such a product.
