The word 'neither' would apply if there were exactly two options. (Neither =
one,
nor the other.)

Instead:=20

> =E2=80=A6 If none is specified, =E2=80=A6

=E2=80=93 or:=20

> =E2=80=A6 If no option is specified, =E2=80=A6
