I am reading this thread in a newsreader on gmane.os.freebsd.chat. Visit www.gmane.org for the gory details. The downside is that posting back isn't quite as transparent -- FreeBSD lists reject submissions from GMane, so you have to remember to tweak your replies to go back via mail.
