Just cvsupped yesterday, I've tried to `make buildworld' 3 times. The only time I didn't seem to get a stop error is when I did `make -k buildworld' However, immediately after doing that I did a `make buildworld' and got this error again. **** Error snippit ***** cc -c -I/usr/obj/src/gnu/usr.bin/perl/perl -DVERSION=\"0.10\" -DXS_VERSION=\"0.10\" -DPIC -fpic -I/usr/obj/usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/perl/perl -DSDBM -DDUF hash.c Segmentation fault - core dumped *** Error code 139 Stop. *** Error code 1 .... Then those two lines repeat 8 times. I know this system has problems ... Any hints as to where I need to focus to get them fixed? If I did the `make -k buildworld' and then `make installworld', could that possibly set the stage for a successful `make buildworld' ??? Egad! (For those of you who aren't familiar with this thread ... this is a production machine and I comitted a cardinal sin by not being careful enough during a cvs upgrade ... I'm on the verge of being in deep sh*t!) TIA to anyone with any advice whatsoever. -Bill -- FreeBSD ('BSD'): No battles to the death are recalled. It is a small Daemon wearing sneakers.
