Too many!  It's almost 4am and it's way past my bed time - I'm a
pumpkin!

Now ipfw.c in -stable is mostly the same as the one in -current and
by diffing the two it's clear what is the differences are.

Please ipfw developers, maintain the style across MFC's.  I've no
idea how it was allowed to get so bad.
