Odd you should ask that as I am looking into the same subject. There
appear to be at least two ports for that:

/usr/ports/devel/codecommander
/usr/ports/devel/xwpe

I just installed them a few hours ago for a "stare and compare", but
either Code_Commander is broken, or something is wrong with my
system. It finds errors in the Makefile for programs/code_commander.
The main executable - jcc - does not seem to get compiled. Depending
on where you look, it's either supposed to be in /usr/local/bin or
/usr/X11R6/bin, but it's not showing up.

The command for the other one is....are you ready? xwpe
