I'm not running that daily, as our research group decided to use Solaris. :( But I have seen a df output of a 200GB filesystem, so it's doable. BTW, Chad has only 5 disks so this won't be an issue, but for others out there, if you want to connect more than 32 disks, don't forget you'll need the latest MAKEDEV and sys/disklabel.h (either of current 2.2 or 3.0 will do).
