If you turn up the verbosity (boot_verbose=3D"YES" in /boot/loader.conf) What is the message regarding msiX. I ask this because in most of the cases I've seen regarding this watchdog error on NICs. Is because of the interrupt handling where msiX is concerned -- not enough interrupts available, mis-routed, poor implementation. So the suggestion has been to terminate msiX.
