I shipped a server from Seattle (well really Marysville) to New Jersey via
Federal Express a year ago. I think it was around $US65.00 (but I can't
remember). It took two or three days. (A couple weeks later, qwest asked
me where it was; so I used Federal Express's website to verify that they
had signed for it the day it arrived.)
