upgrade installation.

Its just ever so slightly annoying that the upgrade install
displays files that need merged by hand on an upgrad and tells
you to write them down instead of saving the names to a file.
Other than this, the upgrade is *very* useful, especially if
one knows how to use emacs emerge!
