It is a bug in picobsd that it depends on this link.  buildworld
doesn't depend on this link either (since at least 3.2 or so, iirc).
It was a big pita and caused all kinds of problems, so it was
eliminated.  Looks like picobsd hasn't kept up if it requires it
still.

You'll have to look elsewhere to find the cause of the buildworld
failure.
