Hi, we've recently had trouble with a local user, and I remembered that
somebody in the list mentioned a long time ago that he was working on some
kind of filter based on the To: and Cc: lines of a message, by using two
spool directories for sendmail, and also checking if the same message was
repeated lots of times.

I'm really interested in that kind of filter for our campus, but AFAIR the
programs or results were not published on the list. Does somebody know if
this work was completed? If not, I'd appreciate any pointers for this
kind of site-wide limits for sendmail or other program.
