No problems with that.

I wouldn't.  Paranoids tend to behave irrationally.  Suspicious, yes,
but not paranoid.

Don't expect silly questions on forms to stop that class of people.
The main thing that's stopping them is their own lack of
intelligence--an serious concern when you think it out.
