This is a bit trivial, but no, it doesn't. This still refers to drivers
at the beginning of the sentence and NICs at the end.
Possibilities include:
Not all NIC drivers are available as modules; notable examples
are drivers for ISA NICs.
Not all NIC drivers are available as modules; notable examples
are those for ISA NICs.
Drivers for some NICs are not available as modules; notable examples
are ISA NICs.
Drivers are not available as modules for all NICs; notable examples
are ISA NICs.
