I don't think this accurate. BSD is more the terrain of the developers
and Linux for the hackers. Linux has it all, but its not all thought
through, not all documented and can be buggy. BSD got most, all of it
is thought through, most is documented, tested and pretty stable. Just
look at the boot up of the kernel of the systems.
