Testable patches are on:

					      this commit)

It is peering with OpenBSD 3.5 like a charm, but needs some work regarding 
local reachability of the common address and locking. Not sure yet if it will 
be ready for 5.3, but with this change it can be MFCed at a later point.

(learned from last time, regarding URLs in commit messages ;)
